The short version: Cert IT Trainer is an independent study tool with original practice questions we spent real time and money creating. Use it to study. Don't scrape it, bulk-download it, or redistribute it.

1. Independent Educational Resource

Cert IT Trainer is an independent educational application developed to help users study for professional IT certification exams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any certification body, including CompTIA, ISC2, Cisco Systems, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, or PeopleCert. All certification names and trademarks are property of their respective owners, referenced solely to identify study subject matter.

2. Original Content, Not Brain Dumps

All practice questions were independently authored based on publicly available exam objectives, not derived or reconstructed from actual certification exam content. This question bank represents substantial original work.

3. Acceptable Use

By using app.gridcommand.ca or the Cert IT Trainer API, you agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract questions, answers, or explanations using automated tools or scripts
Bulk-download, mirror, or reconstruct the question bank, in whole or in part
Share, resell, publish, or redistribute question content outside the app
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, quotas, or authentication requirements
Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
Use the service in any way that infringes our intellectual property rights

We monitor usage patterns for abuse and reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.

4. Ownership

All question text, answer explanations, and study content are the property of GridCommand. Your account and progress data belong to you; the underlying question content does not transfer to you through use of the app.

5. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Use of Cert IT Trainer does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Content is provided without warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free. Always cross-reference with official certification body documentation.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
